Dumping pics from my Thanksgiving trip, since I'm so diligent with updating this blog and all. -__- Anyways, the trip started off a litt rocky with a blown tire at around the 100 mile mark of our SF-LA trek. 300 miles at 60 mph on a donut between 1-4 AM is less fun than it sounds...
As soon as I arrived at my old home in Saugus, it was a half hour rest before driving over to Palm Springs where I'd meet my family. This time thankfully in my family Civic which had 4 good tires.
Easily my favorite feature of Palm Springs, the huge mountains that tower over the desert valley. For this reason alone, PS has become my exception for my generalizing anti-desert tastes.
Always liked these flowers.

Far too few car-related items to be a real "Men's Den".
Pretty much sums up Palm Springs for those who actually live there.


Definitely one of the cool things of the Palm Desert area is the fields of wind generators.
Back at my old home, we have a few furry neighbors. This one's face is pretty cool IMO.
And back home to SF good ole SF.
